Dr. Herbert Nathaniel Booth died peacefully in his Alexandria, Virginia, home on June 26. He made his mark as a real estate industry instructor, advocate and mentor.

His extraordinary life is best described by the words of Rev. Dr. Janae Moore:

"[The Lord] sent you to serve His people and He sent you everywhere because everywhere He sent you, you served and you served well.  You served well because you loved. You loved all whom you were sent to and all that you were sent to do. Even as a youngster while still in school, you loved and served well.  In the military you loved and served well.  In both the public and private domain, you loved and you served well.  And especially in your relationships with your parents, sisters and brothers, wife, children, nieces and nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, neighbors, friends and all others, you have loved and served well."

Dr. Booth will be greatly missed by so many.  He is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Cindy Hausch-Booth, daughters Jacqueline Booth and Gail Labbe, son Dr. Keley J. Booth, six grandchildren, two sisters, one brother, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws, as well as countless friends and colleagues.

In lieu of floral arrangements, the Family kindly requests that you make a donation to the Booth Foundation or another charitable organization.
